Apr. 5--Media critics say CNN anchor Lou Dobbs should have disclosed his ties to Arthur Andersen when he criticized the Justice Department's prosecution of the firm.
In several recent commentaries on his "Moneyline" program, Dobbs has criticized the indictment against Andersen for shredding Enron-related files, saying it unfairly punishes all the firm's employees. Andersen has forwarded transcripts of at least five of those commentaries to journalists.
