SIX CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL OFFICERS AWARDED MEDAL OF VALOR
SACRAMENTO, Calif., May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Six California Highway Patrol Officers were awarded the Medal of Valor -- the highest honor the state can bestow on one of its employees -- in a ceremony today in Sacramento.
The recipients are State Traffic Officers Michael Bernardin, assigned to the CHP's Westminster Area office; Robert Welch, Fresno Area; Jeffrey Jones, Indio Area; Matthew Causie, Ventura Area; Javier Rocha, San Francisco Area; and John Meaders, Verdugo Hills Area.
