As printing becomes even more competitive, managers are eying their bindery services to see how they can make them more efficient and productive without having to spend too much capital. Thus, complementary, modular, and add-on auxiliary equipment is rising in popularity because it allows users to offer new services produced in house yet doesn't require extensive training, hiring, or investment.
At the same time, in-line and integrated systems offering streamlined productivity are gaining appeal.
