UNITED RECEIVES FRENCH APPROVAL FOR CHICAGO-PARIS SERVICE

CHICAGO, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The French Government announced today that it has agreed to allow United Airlines to operate non-stop flights between Chicago and Paris beginning Aug. 1.

This approval, coupled with the U.S. Department of Transportation's authority granted to United earlier this year, clears the way for United to inaugurate service to its second European city this summer.
