DIXON TICONDEROGA COMPANY NAMES HAWKINS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
VERO BEACH, Fla., May 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Dixon Ticonderoga Company (AMEX: DXT) announced today the appointment of Fred H. Hawkins to the board of directors of the company, effective May 15, 1990.
Hawkins is presently the chairman of both the Hawkins Construction Company and Hawkins Equipment Company in Omaha, Neb. He holds a bachelor of science degree in architectural engineering from the University of Nebraska and is involved in numerous civic activities in his home state of Nebraska and nationally.
