Question: I'm worried about my mother. Since my father passed away three years ago, she has moved into a retirement facility, and I was so pleased because she really needs the socialization. However, I've noticed that her drinking has escalated. She's always been a social drinker, but one of her friends confided in me that mom has skipped some meals and she thinks she drinks too much.
