Apr. 16--The founder and president of JobBankUSA Inc., an online recruiting and employment network, has sued SearchHound.com Inc. for breach of contract, alleging SearchHound reneged on an agreement to acquire 100 percent of JobBank's stock for $4 million.
Brett Warner, who owned all of JobBank's shares, says that after acquiring 49 percent of JobBank's stock last year, SearchHound failed to follow through on the deal. Warner is seeking damages of more than $3.5 million.
