This is a long and dense book--the kind that can cause carpel tunnel syndrome in book reviewers who attempt to lift and read it. It is the kind of book that editors fear will not be reviewed because the reviewer will never finish reading it. I was tempted to read selective chapters of the book and write the review based on a representative sampling of the content.
