ABIX via COMTEX) -- Innovation and re-invention is a strong part of the culture of Lend Lease Corporation. The managing director of Lend Lease, David Higgins, says that the development of a performance-based culture is necessary for the Australian-based property developer and financial services group. The biggest risk for the group was its decision in the late 1990s to become a major player on the world market. Higgins says that the company is not being criticised by investors for its innovative culture. The share price of Lend Lease, however, has fallen to $A11.60.
