ST Assembly Test Services Ltd. ("STATS")(Nasdaq:STTS)(SGX:ST Assembly), a leading independent semiconductor test and advanced packaging service provider, today announced that Executive Vice President, June Chia Lihan will take a two year leave of absence beginning April 23, 2002.
Chia, a co-founder of STATS, has been with the company since 1994 and last held the position of Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Marketing. She is taking a leave of absence for personal reasons.
