Using the forum provided by this month's ConExpo-Con/ Agg show, Caterpillar's Engine Division is giving the off-highway world the first glimpse of its Advanced Combustions Emissions Reduction Technology (ACERT). ACERT will be the technology platform Caterpillar will use to meet future diesel engine emissions regulations throughout much of its engine range, and has been one of the most speculated and discussed technical subjects in the engine markets in recent months.
