JUNCTION CITY - The dark cloud that continues to hang over City Hall isn't scheduled to be addressed by the City Council this week - but no one would really be surprised if it cut loose during Tuesday night's meeting, either.
"I've heard rumors it may not come up," Mayor Clarke "Corky" Wilde said. "But what will happen Tuesday, I do not know yet."
