Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has announced that it has decided to establish a wholly owned subsidiary and facility in order to produce construction equipment in Shanghai, China. Volvo Construction Equipment (China) Co., Ltd, the new production facility, is scheduled to start operations in the spring of 2003.
