The Street has been inching up $755 million market cap Southwest Gas Corp.'s share price this year, and while the litigation cloud still hovers, some don't necessarily see it as a deterrent to possible bidders.
Indeed, at the beginning of the year, the cloud thinned considerably when the presiding judge limited the damages the three involved companies would be liable for as the nearly three-year-old litigation continues.
