On Wednesday, Jan. 15, conference attendees began their day with an inspiring speech by John Alston III, founder of the American Institute for Stress Management. During the past 23 years, he has addressed more than 3 million people, both in person and through electronic and print media, to help them meet challenges, adapt to change, shape perspectives and solve problems. Alston, who has distinguished himself in the fields of consulting, psychology, education, training and writing, kept the audience captivated with his lively anecdotes and motivational advice, ending the conference on a high note.
