DEAR MRS. OLIVER: Many years ago, my sister-in-law served a chicken dish that was made with oranges and served over rice. There also were chunks of tomatoes in the sauce. My sister-in-law is no longer in the family and we have lost contact.
I was hoping you or one of your readers might be of some help.
