SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 30, 2002

Dow Jones & Company, publisher of The Wall Street Journal, announced today that nine newspapers, including six owned by Media General, Inc., have joined The Wall Street Journal Sunday network. The addition of these papers raises the total circulation of The Wall Street Journal Sunday by 262,000 to 9.6 million. A total of 62 newspapers are now carrying The Wall Street Journal Sunday's branded pages in their Sunday editions.
