SAN FRANCISCO, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Lewis Galoob Toys Inc. (NYSE: GAL), a South San Francisco-based toy company today announced that Nintendo of America Inc. was denied a temporary restraining order by the United States District Court, Northern District of California that would have restrained Galoob Toys from distributing its new Game Genie(tm) "video-game enhancer" to its retail buyers pending a formal hearing on Nintendo of America's application for a preliminary injunction.
