MINORITY SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT AWARDS

DALLAS, June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- J.C. Penney Company Inc. (NYSE: JCP) today announced the 18 winners of the company's seventh annual Minority Supplier Development Awards at a reception near JCPenney's corporate headquarters in Dallas.
