When they first approached Roselle with plans for a teen dance club, the men refused to give their names.
In documents filed with the village, they listed a trust number in Waukegan as the establishment's official proprietor. During conversations with potential neighbors, they used only first names and were purposely vague.
Though the owners later submitted their names and resumes for the village's review, suspicions and doubts remain. Teen clubs are risky enough ventures for a community these days even without the owners' equivocation and ambiguity.
