If more means better, the new Cheesecake Factory in Edina's Southdale Center can look forward to a bright future. The 52nd outpost of the California-based casual dining chain offers more of everything: more menu choices, more kinds of cuisine and above all, bigger portions.
The appetizer list alone is a festival of nations: Italian bruschetta side-by-side with Chinese potstickers, Mexican quesadillas, Vietnamese shrimp summer rolls and Thai lettuce wraps, plus such American classics as Buffalo chicken wings and roadside sliders (miniature hamburgers).
