A dispute that appeared to be settled recently returned to the Lonoke County Courthouse.
The litigation marks the second time that Janet Price has sued Community Financial Group Inc. of Cabot and its president, Joseph W. Park.
The disputes have revolved around the terms of Price selling her Grand Prairie Title Co. to CFG, the holding company of Community Bank.
The first lawsuit was over the payout of her five-year employment agreement with CFG to work at the title company.
Less than a year after selling her business, Price resigned from Grand Prairie under a "voluntary termination under duress" clause.
