The Irish Stock Exchange is to use the Regulatory News Service (RNS), which is owned don Stock Exchange (LSE), to distribute company announcements. The Irish exchange will use RNS to distribute all price-sensitive announcements for companies listed on its market. RNS will be the sole provider of the information.
