The New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) has presented its annual Affordable Housing Award to R. Randy Lee, CEO of Leewood Real Estate Group and Michael Fink, president of the Leewood's New Jersey division. The awards were presented during a luncheon on April 10, at the Atlantic Builders Convention in Atlantic City.

The citation presented to Leewood stated that the award is given to "a member organization that has been successful in providing affordable housing for those of modest means in the State of New Jersey--no easy feat in today's economic and regulatory climate."
