FERAC, the Fisheries Ecology Recreation Advisory Committee of the Environment Agency recently met at Lampeter in the Teifi Valley.
Among its many duties Ferac has the important task of advising the EA on fishery policy.
Despite many constraints imposed on the EA by the Government the agency compares well alongside fishery management in other countries. Finance, however, is without doubt a big obstacle.
