May 7--Nadeem Noorali of Euless plans to contest the ticket because he says is seat was upright, making it impossible to see the screen.
Indian music videos were playing on the flip-down television. Nadeem Noorali of Euless was behind the wheel of a friend's Toyota 4Runner, headed with his wife for a late-night bite at a Korean restaurant in Irving.
The music was playing and Noorali was talking on a cellphone when he switched lanes abruptly ... and got pulled over by police.
Much to his surprise, Noorali was given a ticket for watching television ...
