OPTIONAL CERTIFICATE TO EXPAND/EXTEND SYSTEM
OMAHA, June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Northern Border Pipeline Company announced today that it has filed an optional certificate application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to expand and extend the Northern Border system. In support of its application, Northern Border began a preliminary request period on June 1 for the purpose of receiving requests for firm transportation service associated with the proposal.
