Perry Ellis International, Inc. (Nasdaq:PERY), a global leader of men's designer and swimwear fashions, announced today that Allan Zwerner is resigning from his position as the Company's President of Licensing, effective, June 30, 2002. He will continue to serve as a Director on the Company's Board and provide consulting services. Perry Ellis International is launching a national search to find Zwerner's successor.
