Vestcom International, Inc. (NASDAQ:VESC), a leading provider of business communications solutions and marketing services, today reported operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2002.

Vestcom's revenues for the first quarter of 2002 increased to $41.6 million, compared to $40.1 million in the first quarter of 2001. In January 2002, Vestcom adopted EITF 01-14, which requires that reimbursements received for "out-of-pocket" expenses be characterized as revenue.
