Romance, executions and a flying carpet are all part of ''A Thousand and One Nights,'' the finale of the Cincinnati Ballet's 2001-2002 season.
The celebrated production, which will be performed Friday through Sunday at the Aronoff Center, will use sets and costumes from thechoreographer Eldar Aliev's 1995 production for his Ballet Internationale in Indianapolis.
But don't worry, you won't have to sit through all 1,001 tales says Aliev, the artistic director of Ballet Internationale, who is staging his difficult and demanding choreography for the dancers of the Cincinnati Ballet.
