Instead, they have governed with secrecy, dishonesty, hypocrisy and illegality." Mr. Conacher has pursued Jean Chretien's government with great tenacity, but he is non-partisan. He battled Stephen Harper over the Elections Act "gag law" and condemns him for not publishing his leadership campaign contributors list. Mr. Harper has accused Mr. Conacher of trading in "conspiracy theories."
