The normally peace-loving folk of Cape Point and Cape Agulhas in South Africa are at daggers drawn over where the Indian Ocean ends and the Atlantic begins. Geography has little to do with it; it's all a matter of attracting tourists to gaze out to sea at the invisible line that separates the two oceans, and sell curios, trinkets and cream scones in the process.
