WASHINGTON, June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- As longstanding advocates for a woman's right to choose, the American Psychological Association very much regrets the Court's decision to uphold two-parent notification for a minor to obtain an abortion as long as the state provides a judicial bypass alternative.
