SACRAMENTO, Calif., June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The California Supreme Court today decided in favor of a patient's right to be treated by a psychologist upon admission to a hospital.
Today's decision in the case of CAPP v. Rank ended a six-year battle over the rights and care of hospitalized patients.
