RICHARDS NAMED EL PASO NATURAL GAS VICE PRESIDENT
EL PASO, Texas, June 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Joel Richards has been named vice president, human resources for El Paso Natual Gas Co., William A. Wise, president and chief executive officer of that company, has announced.
Richards was formerly vice president, finance and human resources, at Meridian Minerals Co. (a subsidiary of Burlington Resources Inc.) in Denver, Colo.
He joined the Burlington organization staff in Seattle as director of resources planning in February 1984 and in 1985 moved to Meridian Minerals.
Previously he had held positions with Union Carbide and Boise Cascade.
