CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION ENDORSES CIVIL RIGHTS BILL

WASHINGTON, June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The United States Commission on Civil Rights "strongly supports the efforts of Congress in drafting the Civil Rights Act of 1990," and "urges Congress to pass and the president to sign the proposed legislation" with some modifications.
