SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- La Salsa, Inc. announced today that it has signed a franchise development agreement with South Florida Cafes, Inc. to open five La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grills(R) in Florida. The restaurants, the first in Florida for the company, will be located in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
