NEPTUNE, N.J. -- Dr. Robert A. Vukovich, Chairman and Founder of InfaCare Pharmaceutical Corporation, and Dr. Paul J. Marangos, Chief Executive Officer of InfaCare, jointly announced today that Horace M. Hertz will join the Company on April 22, 2002, as Chief Financial Officer. InfaCare is a sister company to WellSpring Pharmaceutical Corporation of Neptune, NJ.
