THE individuals selected for inclusion in the 2002 edition of EBONY's annual listing of the 100+ Most Influential Black Americans are a stellar group of movers and shakers who represent the breadth and depth of African-American influence in the first decade of the 21st century.
Topping the list, as they did last year, are a pair from the inner circle of the Bush administration: Secretary of State Colin Powell and National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice.
