NEW YORK -- Scholars at New York Law School in lower Manhattan just blocks from Ground Zero have found a shift in the legal framework of the United States society in both surprising and sometimes profound ways since the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The professors, speaking at the Law School's first ever "Faculty Presentation Day" on April 3, addressed a wide variety of topics including the legal ramifications of the attacks.
