IRVING, Texas -- VHA members received $1.27 billion in total cash and other value through their participation in the VHA health care alliance in 2001, a 10 percent increase over 2000 results and the best year ever for VHA members.
Structured as a cooperative, VHA distributes a portion of its operating income annually to member health care organizations based on their participation in VHA programs.
