ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- It's time again to re-think our sleep habits. Each May, during Better Sleep Month, the Better Sleep Council (BSC) reminds us that there are little things that we can do to help us sleep better. The BSC notes 47 percent of adults would like to improve the quality of their sleep, and 37 percent feel they do not get enough sleep.

"Most people are coping with increased stress and growing demands in their everyday life, which can make it difficult to get a good night's rest," stated Andrea Herman, Director of the Better Sleep Council. "By making sleep a priority, however, we can strive to get the best quality sleep possible."
