Porta Systems Corp. (AMEX:PSI) today reported an operating loss for the quarter ended March 31, 2002 of $1,749,000, compared to an operating loss of $2,351,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2001.
The Company recorded a net loss of $2,637,000, $(.26) per share (basic and diluted), for the quarter ended March 31, 2002 versus a net loss of $3,233,000, $(.33) per share (basic and diluted), for the comparable quarter in 2001.
