Love mint? Me, too. I brew tea with it, stuff couch pillows with it, add a few spoonfuls to homemade split pea soup to bring it to perfection, plus it's fun to nibble on it while working in my northeast Denver yard. Now just imagine lying down in a mint lawn. And when you mow it a few times a month, the air around your home smells like Wrigley's spearmint gum. A couple years ago I indulged in a 20-year-old gardening fantasy; a cool sweet lawn of Candy Mint. To be free of frequent mowings and instead be blessed with an endless supply of my second favorite herb truly doubles my pleasure.
