BEI ELECTRONICS INC. COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF SYSTRON DONNER
SAN FRANCISCO, July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- BEI Electronics Inc. (NASDAQ: BEII) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of four divisions of the Systron Donner Corp. from Thorn EMI for approximately $22 million in cash.
The transaction includes the Inertial Division, Concord, Calif., which manufactures precision inertial sensors and systems; the Edcliff Division, Sylmar, Calif., with pressure transducers and systems; the Duncan Electronics Division with specialized position sensors and systems; and the Seaton-Wilson Division, Sylmar, Calif., with high performance fluid controls and ...
