Kansas City, Mo. -- Denny Hocking watched Brad Radke limp across the clubhouse Tuesday and made a joke to make him forget about his sore right groin.
"I've had a sore groin for the past week and I can play," Hocking said. "What's your problem?"
Radke smiled, but few Twins can smile these days as the injury list has gone from nagging to overwhelming. The righthanded pitcher was placed on the 15-day disabled list Tuesday, the seventh Twin to land there this season. He strained his groin during the second inning of the Twins' 3-2 victory over the Royals on Monday, forcing him out of the game.
