LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Ernst & Young LLP today announced that it has acquired the Louisville audit and tax practices of Arthur Andersen LLP. Integration of former Andersen professionals will begin immediately. The transaction involves partners Patrick Cass, David Calzi, and Gregory Greenwood, as well as approximately 45 Andersen employees. The combined office will carry the Ernst & Young name.
