LOS ANGELES -- Vivendi Universal Games (VU Games), a division of Vivendi Universal Publishing, announced today a three-year North American distribution agreement with Santa Monica-based video game publisher Conspiracy Entertainment Corporation. Under terms of the contract, VU Games has acquired the exclusive rights to manufacture, market and distribute a number of Conspiracy games, including Enclave(TM), the highly anticipated action role-playing game (RPG) currently in development with Starbreeze Studios.
