Future Publishing is launching two computing `specials' this month as brand extensions of its flagship titles MacFormat and PC Plus.
Both will sell for a premium cover price and offer cover-mounted CDs. They will focus on answering technical queries, offering guides, tips and tutorials and helping consumers to get the most out of their computers.
The PC Plus brand extension, PC Helpdesk, covers areas such as Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP as well as Microsoft Office and various hardware, software and Internet-related topics.
