Latin jazz is happening in the Apple. By the time you read this, well-loved former WBGO radio host Chico Mendoza will have helped Caffe Bianco kick off their live Friday and Saturday night jazz series. Also a pianist and bandleader, Mendoza will function as a "one-man-band" at the Second Avenue eatery, with help from the many instruments he's programmed into his keyboard.
